A lifetime mortgage will reduce the value of your estate.
Lifetime mortgage adviceA mortgage is one of the largest financial commitments you will make. We explain your options in plain English and look after the process from your first conversation to completion.
One adviser, from start to finish.
By telephone or Teams video call. We talk about what you need, your income and your plans, and how we are paid.
We compare lenders and products that suit your circumstances and explain our recommendation in writing, including the costs.
We prepare and submit your application and keep in touch with the lender, your solicitor and estate agent until your mortgage completes.
Our work includes larger loans and mortgages for people with non-standard income. Lenders treat these cases differently.
You will never unknowingly pay for anything. Every cost is explained, and confirmed in writing, before you decide to go ahead.
Your home may be repossessed if you do not keep up repayments on your mortgage.

Options can include savings and investments, pension benefits where appropriate, refinancing, a retirement interest-only mortgage, downsizing or a lifetime mortgage. The earlier you start planning, the more options you have.
Your first conversation is free. We explain how we are paid for your advice, by a fee, commission from the lender or both, before you go ahead, and confirm every cost in writing, including lender, valuation and legal fees.
