We want everyone to be able to understand our advice and work with us comfortably. If something about our website, our documents or the way we meet makes that harder for you, please tell us and we will do our best to adapt.

Meeting us

You can meet us face to face at our office at Salomons Estate, Broomhill Road, Tunbridge Wells TN3 0TG, by Microsoft Teams video call, or by telephone, whichever suits you best.

Salomons Estate is a historic building and does not have lifts. However:

• Step-free access: there is step-free access through double doors from the car park to the floor where our client meeting rooms are.
• Wheelchair users: if you use a wheelchair, or would find it easier, we will meet you on the entrance level, where the accessible toilets are. We will arrange a suitable private room there for your meeting.
• Accessible parking is available close to the entrance.

Please let us know about any particular needs when you book, so we can make sure everything is arranged before you arrive.

Sign language and interpreters

Duncan Armstrong has a basic level of British Sign Language (BSL). If you would like a qualified BSL interpreter, or an interpreter for another language, please tell us when you get in touch and we will talk with you about the best way to arrange this.

You are always welcome to bring a family member, friend or someone you trust to any conversation with us.

Large print and other ways to receive information

• Large print: our documents, reports and letters are available in large print on request.
• Talked through by phone: we can read and explain any document to you by telephone or on a Teams call.
• Extra time: we can arrange longer meetings, breaks, or more than one meeting, and you can always take time away to think before making a decision.

Our website

We have written this website in plain English and designed it to be clear and easy to use. It works on phones and tablets, and you can make the text larger using your browser's zoom setting. Images have text descriptions for people using screen readers.

If you find anything on our website unclear, difficult to read or hard to use, we would be grateful if you would tell us. Your feedback helps us improve.
